Description: Queen Elizabeth Country Park is located in Horndean, Hampshire and is the biggest country park in Hampshire, with over 20 miles of trails for walkers, cyclists & horse riders.

The park is the highest point on the South Downs and covers 1,400 acres of open access woodland and downland. A visitor centre with helpful staff can offer advice on the best routes to explore and the café is always a welcome stop on your return, serving up fresh snacks and drinks.

There are three permissive walking trails which cover 1.7 miles, 1.9 miles and 5 miles. You can also walk beyond the park to various destinations including, Langstone Harbour (11.8 miles), Alton (21.1 miles) and Eastbourne (100 miles). For horse riders there is a permissive trail of 6 miles within the forest, and for cyclists there are two trails covering 3.1 miles and 3.7 miles, but you can also ride out into the surrounding countryside for a longer journey.
