Fine ales & beers, coffee & cakes and light lunches can all be had at the Café & Bistro, which is open all day every day from 9am. Inside there are low beams, cakes & pastries on display and coffees being enjoyed, outside you can relax in the back garden or watch the world go by out front on the bistro tables. Accommodation is available in 3 ways, 'The Old Wing' which is in the oldest part of the main building, offers character accommodation with interesting beams, high ceilings, sloping floors & Four Poster rooms. 'The New Wing' which is still in the main building, offers more modern accommodation, and the 'Courtyard Rooms', once the former stables, offers tranquil accommodation by the gardens. The restaurant at the George Hotel is named 'Cromwell’s' and specialises in Seafood cuisine. A range of dishes are available from a simple Grilled Lemon Sole to a more complex Roasted Monkfish with spicy salsa, lobsters, oysters, moules and king prawns are also popular. Conference facilities are also available, the 'Garden Room' is an airy & spacious room for up to 20 people and the 'Oak Room' is perfect room for smaller meetings of up to 12 people.
