Along with the Rapids you can also enjoy a relaxing time in the Wellbeing Spa, which accommodates a 7 berth jacuzzi, an 8 seater steam room and a 12 seater sauna, or simply indulge in the many treatments available. You can also find a body and fitness gym at The Rapids which has 47 Cardiovascular stations, 27 resistance machines, a warm up area, free weights, abdominal area and fitness advisor's. The Rapids café offers a variety of hot or cold food and beverages and there is also a Costa Coffee bar in the lounge area with a range of drinks and snacks.
